Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the market to expand customer base and increase market penetration and Year to Year revenue growth.
- Prospecting, networking, and leads generation in the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical or users of biosafety labs
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay agile and benchmark offerings
- Work with CEO, Finance and Operations teams to align initiatives and optimize execution.
- Tracks and reports on key performance metrics such as Sales Volume, Forecast accuracy, Market Share and Revenue Growth
- Provides regular updates and actionable insights to Management to guide decision-making
Qualifications & Skills :
Education
Degree in Business, Marketing or EngineeringFull time degree holder from reputable universityExperience
10 years of experience in salesProven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets preferably in sectors like FMCG, logistics, or B2B services, Pharmaceutical, public sector (MOH)Skills
Leadership, communication and negotiation skillsProficient in sales analytics, CRM tools, reporting systems and forecasting methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesIntegrity, professionalism and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
