About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in electronics and business development t o to drive the sales and business development across Singapore, Southeast Asia, ANZ and India. This role is responsible for customer acquisition, account management, distributor / agent management, and executing market expansion strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new customer acquisition, account management, and distributor / agent relationships across Singapore, Southeast Asia, ANZ and India.
• Execute company product marketing and sales strategies to drive regional market expansion.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence on business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
• Prepare high-quality reports and deliver regular sales updates to headquarters.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities.
• Grow and retain assigned accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Support development of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and determine market pricing for various customer segments.
