Roles & Responsibilities
This role reports to the director.
Your role will include business development, business strategy and procuring fresh initiatives. Management of client portfolio and flow for projects. Adhering strictly to all applicable laws, regulations, and business norms.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Widening knowledge through dialogue and seminars locally and overseas
2. Continuous learning in sales strategy and negotiation skills.
3. Networking and growing client base, taking an active role in the approach to strategic planning.
4. Organise and manage projects, establishing resource needs, budgets, and schedules.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Conduct negotiations to establish win-win outcomes for the organisation.
2. Develop business opportunities in target segments, review market needs and opportunities, and develop long-term business relationships.
3. Develop customer acquisition strategies as well as foster customer relationships to attract new customers.
4. Identify and establish industry stakeholder relationships at all levels of business operations to further the organisation’s strategies and objectives.
