Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members, including setting expectations, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Support the professional development and growth of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department or team, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to policies and procedures, and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with other departments or teams as needed to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Support performance evaluation and management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to team members. Identify training or development needs and implement strategies to enhance performance and productivity.
