Job descriptionMinimum Degree in Real Estate for Business / Facilities Management for Business / Building Services Engineering / Project and Facilities Management or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties or in the alternative, at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management Possess Fire Safety Manager certification Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Service orientated mindset Working location : need to manage multiple sites
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in the shopping malls and overseeing daily operations.
- Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
- Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.
- Required to prepare and submit management reports to the Client.
- Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
