Guest Experience Supervisor
F&B | 5-Day Week | Up to $4,000++
What You’ll Do
- Lead the floor with clarity : Direct service teams during shifts, keeping operations smooth and stress-free.
- Create lasting impressions : Welcome guests warmly and model the standard of attentive, professional service.
- Keep the flow moving : Manage seating, pacing, and table turnover to reduce wait times while keeping comfort high.
- Shape the atmosphere : Ensure music, lighting, and ambience reflect the right mood throughout service.
- Coach in the moment : Offer guidance, feedback, and encouragement to junior staff as they serve.
- Partner with management : Stay aligned on shift goals, service standards, and operational updates.
What We’re Looking For
