Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Barge Superintendent to join our client's operations. The Barge Superintendent will play a pivotal role in overseeing barge operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting best practices within the team. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all barge activities, ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of barges to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to barge crews, addressing any operational challenges and safety concerns.
• Manage the maintenance and repair schedules for barges, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to barge operations, including safety records, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and effective communication within the team.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
