Position Title : Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager
Salary Range : SGD 6,500 – 8,000
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support outlet teams by providing training, performance feedback, and workflow guidance.
- Collaborate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of food preparation, delivery, and quality control.
- Review outlet sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and operational logistics across outlets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and all relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Represent the company in overseas business engagements, supplier meetings, or operational reviews when required.
- Undertake other managerial duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.
Position Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably in chain restaurant or multi-outlet management.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams in a bilingual environment.Strong understanding of Chinese cuisine operations and workflow management within the F&B sector.Familiar with Singapore’s food hygiene and safety regulations.Possesses WSQ Food Hygiene Level 3 (Food Handler) certification.Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required, depending on operational needs.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.Willingness to travel overseas when required to represent the company in business or operational matters.Skyline Business Consulting Pte.
