Position Title : Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager

Salary Range : SGD 6,500 – 8,000

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and support outlet teams by providing training, performance feedback, and workflow guidance.
• Collaborate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of food preparation, delivery, and quality control.
• Review outlet sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and operational logistics across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and all relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Represent the company in overseas business engagements, supplier meetings, or operational reviews when required.
• Undertake other managerial duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.
