Job Summary :
The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships. Acting as the main liaison between company and clients, this role involves managing general accounts, monitoring account performance, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to drive client growth. The Client Account Manager will also play a key role in monitor and follow up on client payments, maintaining long-term client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for service improvement.
