Senior Architectural Designer (Up to S$7000 negotiable)

Job descriptionDesign Leadership : Collaborate with multidisciplinary team from concept development to project completion. Submission to Regulatory Authorities : Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval. Digital Design & BIM Management : Utilize BIM (Revit) and other digital tools to create accurate, detailed models and comprehensive design documentation. Champion digital integration within the team. Drawing Production : Prepare high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets. Project Coordination : Oversee contract administration and serve as the key point of coordination between consultants, contractors, and relevant regulatory agencies. A Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and end-to-end project delivery. High expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape. A strong understanding of Singapore's building regulations, codes, and submission processes is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino / Grasshopper) will be highly regarded.
