Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Operation Manager to lead product development, kitchen operations, and overall culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hunan cuisine, with the ability to create, refine, and scale authentic and fusion-style dishes suitable for modern fast-casual dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead menu planning, R&D, and innovation focused on Hunan cuisine and fusion adaptations.
- Standardize recipes, manage costing, and maintain quality consistency across all outlets.
- Oversee kitchen operations and implement SOPs for food preparation, safety, and workflow efficiency.
- Train and guide kitchen teams to uphold culinary standards and operational discipline.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and management teams on menu launches and product improvements.
- Conduct audits, tastings, and regular reviews to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Hunan cuisine , preferably in a reputable restaurant group or chain.Proven ability to plan menus, conduct R&D, and develop both authentic and fusion-style Hunan dishes.Strong understanding of food costing, kitchen management, and quality control.Excellent leadership, communication, and team training skills.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline preferred.Able to travel or support new outlet openings at short notice when requiredTell employers what skills you have
