Job descriptionLed end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, subcontractor supervision, and on-site execution. Managed stakeholders and clients, ensuring smooth communication, approvals, and resolution of disputes and defects. Oversaw project financials : prepared claims, controlled cash flow, verified invoices, and improved profit margins. Directed and trained project staff, conducted meetings, and maintained effective documentation control. Ensured compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards, while handling supplier evaluation, defects, and warranty claims Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the M&E / electrical industry . Singaporean ONLY
