Offer technical expertise in ACMV, HVAC, chillers, and associated systems. Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work for accuracy. Oversee budget control, scheduling, and approval processes for materials and shop drawings. Track construction progress and ensure proper use of resources while upholding safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and manage temporary structures or installations. Maintain and update Variation Order (VO) logs and validate material requisitions. Prepare and verify progress claims, site measurements, and payment certifications. Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out HVAC equipment sizing and load calculations. Ensure all project documentation aligns with ISO standards and requirements. Handle multiple concurrent tasks and assignments as necessary. Requirements
