Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversees the end-to-end deployment of applications, ensuring successful implementation.
• Develop deployment strategies, including testing, rollout, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Group IT and retail teams to ensure smooth deployment process.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers and business analysts.
• Manage release schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with application deployment.
• Utilize deployment automation tools to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required.
