Role Description

The Traffic Controller will assign trucking to Prime Mover Drivers to truck containers; ensure timely deliveries, efficient route planning and effective communication with drivers and clients.

Responsibilties

• Manage trucking activities to fulfill customers’ delivery requirement
• Provide real-time updates on job progress in the system
• Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources
• Coordinate container trucking consignments with Prime Mover Drivers and customers
• Ensure the accuracy of driver incentives for drivers
• Perform counseling to Prime Mover Drivers when necessary
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
