QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM SITE ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

♦ Administer contracts, which include performing quantity take-offs, pricing, and preparing tender and contract documentation.

♦ Source supplies and subcontractors to obtain quotations for tendering purposes.

♦ Track all project costs, variation orders, and other expenses.

♦ Evaluate progress payment and variation orders, while conducting cost-benefit analysis, and processing variation orders.

♦ Act as site or project engineer by supervising the project, adhering to construction procedures, coordinating all work schedules, and liaising with the project manager and architect or project consultants.

♦ Prepare progress and final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

♦ Undertake other quantity surveying-related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager or director.

Requirements :

►Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

►Ability to work independently and willingness to work under pressure.

►A positive working attitude and good communication skills.

►At least 5 years of experience in the construction or a related field.
