Clinic Assistant | Paediatric

Job Scope :

• Registration of patients, arrangement of appointment and providing customer service
• Assist the doctor by accurately dispensing medications according to prescriptions.
• Manage clinic inventory, including the ordering and replenishment of medicines and clinical consumables.
• Support daily clinic operations to maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
• Uphold strict standards of clinical quality, hygiene, and service excellence.
• Process of billing / insurance agency transactions with different stakeholders
Job Requirements :
• Min O level
• At least 1 year of working experience in Paediatric Clinic or relevant setting
