Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in driving client acquisition and
retention efforts across digital assets and asset management
products.
Manage and update CRM records, track
sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups with
clients.
Prepare and deliver sales materials,
including pitch decks, proposals, and client reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client
onboarding, including KYC documentation and compliance
requirements.
Contribute to reporting on sales
performance, pipeline progress, and client engagement
metrics.
Conduct research on market trends,
client prospects, and competitor activities to support business
development.
Support and participate in client
meetings, events, and roadshows, with opportunities to take on
direct client interactions over
time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a
related field.
1-2 years of experience in
sales, client service, or business development, preferably within
finance, fintech, or digital assets.
Fresh
graduates are welcomed too.
Strong interest in
financial markets and blockchain / digital asset industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,
PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
Self-motivated team player with a
proactive and client-first mindset.
