Responsibilities

📞 Cold Calling & Lead Generation

✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our wellness services.

✅ Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatments / packages.

✅ Set appointments for consultations or trials at our outlets.

✅ Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers.

🤝 Customer Engagement & Sales

✅ Provide professional and engaging explanations of services.

✅ Address inquiries, handle objections, and offer promotional incentives.

✅ Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

📊 Tracking & Reporting

✅ Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.

✅ Provide daily / weekly reports on lead conversion and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
• Sales-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Basic knowledge of wellness and beauty services is a plus.
• Fluent in [Languages Required, e.g., English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil].
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome! Training will be provided.
