QUALITY (QA / QC) MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the performance and results of Quality Control and Assurance, as well as Health, Safety & Environment functions.
• Lead, manage and mentor Quality team to ensure productive and high-performance work environment.
• Develop, implement, monitor and / or improve Quality framework and Standard Operating Procedures
• Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards; risk assessments; quality specifications; documentation and procedures to comply with SFA, FSSC 22000, HACCP etc statutory requirements and company policies
• Drive projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene standards and requirements
• Support production team to trouble-shoot and resolve any product quality issues
• Ensure that all food safety, quality related and non-compliance issues are investigated and corrective measures are implemented and adhered to.
• Lead and coordinate internal / external quality audits with relevant parties
• Prepare Quality and Performance reports for submission to Senior Management
• Conduct Food Safety & Hygiene and HACCP related training to blue collared factory employees.
