Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Analyst to provide day-to-day infrastructure and application support for a data-intensive analytics platform. The role involves ensuring platform stability, resolving production issues, and supporting end users across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily operational support for analytics platforms and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Support end users with application-related queries and technical issues.
• Maintain documentation for operational procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations.
• Participate in deployment activities and post-deployment validations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
