Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach channel managers across SEA.
• Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and manage new and existing partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support partner success.
• Design incentive programs and monitor partner performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
