Assistant Manager / Manager (Health Coach)

Contract : 12 months | Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM | Salary : Up to $5,000 / month

We are seeking a passionate Health Coach to deliver fitness and wellness programs, engage communities, and support health initiatives across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness and health assessments, exercise tests, and one‑on‑one coaching for children, adults, and seniors.
• Plan and lead health and wellness workshops, events, and programs in lab and community settings.
• Develop educational materials and program content.
• Support special projects, including Health Experience and SG60 initiatives.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand program reach.
• Train instructors to deliver programs effectively and maintain quality standards.
• Track participant progress and assist with reporting and program evaluation.
• Monitor vendors to ensure service and program quality.
