We are seeking an experienced leader to provide both strategic and operational support to the CEO of our client’s Health business. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering our long‑term Health strategy, ensuring strong alignment across markets, functions, and senior stakeholders. You’ll drive strategic planning, coordinate transformation programs, evaluate investment and M&A opportunities, and champion initiatives that strengthen our value proposition in health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Health Strategy & Growth
- Develop, refine, and execute the overall Health business strategy, supporting sustainable growth across markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities in health insurance, healthcare services, and health‑tech.
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and briefings for executive and board‑level discussions.
M&A and Partnerships
Partner with Strategy, Finance, and external advisors to assess and execute strategic investments or acquisitions.Lead due diligence, valuation, and post‑merger integration planning for health‑related transactions.Track and evaluate the performance of strategic health investments.Transformation Leadership
Oversee major transformation initiatives, including digital health platforms, operational process redesign, and customer experience enhancements.Establish clear delivery milestones, track risks and progress, and ensure accountability for outcomes.Work closely with market leaders and transformation teams to align business priorities and execution.Business Management & CEO Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations on key strategic and operational topics.Coordinate input for executive committees, board meetings, and investor or partner engagements.Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to maintain strategic coherence and consistency across markets.What You’ll Bring
18‑20 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or corporate development, ideally within health insurance or healthcare.Proven experience in M&A, strategy execution, and leading complex transformation programs.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to assess investments and partnerships.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior executives and external partners.Deep understanding of the health insurance ecosystem, including product design, underwriting, claims, and wellness partnerships.Strategic thinker with exceptional execution discipline and adaptability in fast‑paced, multi‑market environments.Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities – actuarial background is an advantage.Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Strong written and verbal communication, capable of producing board‑level materials.If this sounds like the right fit for you, click Apply .
