Job descriptionCandidate must possess Bachelor or Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction / civil engineering industry. Able to read and understand CAD,Revit / Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential. Have experiences in working in large,scale projects. Candidate with Condo experience advantage. To be based in project site office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- To work and co-ordinate with design / construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
- To co-ordinate with Civil / BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM / SEM drawings and submissions.
- Review project specifications,technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.
- Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in construction environment.
- Any other duties as assigned.
