What you'll be doing :

• Lead and develop an exceptional team of engineers; Mentor them in technical, soft-skills, and with their career progression
• Lead the team to build stable, scalable, and reliable features and services
• Spend a portion of time actively contributing to the codebase
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver delightful products to users
• Prioritize and manage product delivery timelines and clearly communicate goals and progress within the team as well as to stakeholders.
• Participate in release management and incident management (on-call rotation) to help ensure that the availability goals are met
