• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring responsible allocation and usage.
• Identify and implement cost-efficiency measures without compromising quality.
• Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business needs.
• Provide clear, consistent updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead the selection, evaluation, and performance management of vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and delivery standards.
• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies.
• Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
