Kitchen Assistant

Job Scope : Assist

in daily food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and

portioning vegetables, meat, and seafood.

Wash, clean, and prepare ingredients to ensure freshness

and quality before serving.

Prepare soup

bases, condiments, and dipping sauces according to restaurant

standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of

the kitchen, including washing utensils, equipment, and work

areas.

Assist chefs and kitchen team during

peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Receive, check, and properly store deliveries of food

supplies and ingredients.

Follow food safety

and hygiene standards (SFA requirements).

Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure proper sanitation

practices are followed.

Support any other

ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef or

Supervisor.

Job Scope : Assist

dining experience.

Take customer orders

accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.

Assist customers with menu explanations (e.g. soup bases,

condiments, cooking methods).

Set up, clear,

and clean tables efficiently between customer seatings.

Refill soup bases, sauces, condiments, and other items at

the self-service counters.

Maintain

cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all

times.

Handle cashiering duties, including

payment collection and issuing receipts.

Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly

followed in the service area.

Work closely

with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination during peak

hours.

Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks

assigned by the

Supervisor / Manager.
