About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience working with Payment Industry. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements, evaluating feasibility, and managing project scope.

Gather and analyze business requirements and processes.
Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications and use case specifications.
Develop technical specifications and translate design into process and product backlog specifications.
Act as Product Owner and collaborate with QA teams.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate project feasibility and manage project scope.

Develop and maintain project documentation.

Collaborate with QA teams.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in IT with strong Payment Industry experience.

Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience.

Previous hands-on QA / testing background with strong knowledge of test planning, defect management, and UAT coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
