Job descriptionBusiness Development : Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the health insurance industry. Client Engagement : Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Market Insight : Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. Strong Communicator : Possess excellent interpersonal skills, effectively engaging diverse audiences. Self-Starter : Driven and proactive, you thrive in both collaborative environments and when working independently. No prior sales experience is necessary; we seek candidates with passion and a strong desire to learn Holding SCI certifications ( BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI ) is a plus Proficiency in additional languages ( e.g. Mandarin, French, Indonesian, Hindi, or Portuguese ) is advantageous, as our clientele primarily consists of expatriates and international clients.
