Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Handle bed and surgical booking calls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital procedures.
- Maintain high service standards for scheduling and booking operations.
- Ensure calls are answered promptly.
- Disseminate hospital and departmental updates accurately.
- Manage and perform service recovery when necessary.
- Follow appointment scheduling protocols and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements :
💰 Salary : $12 / hour
⏳ Duration : 3 months (extendable / convertible to permanent role)
