Job descriptionConduct product delivery training for distributors and customers. Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and / or calls. Carry out field services at sites in local and ASEAN countries. Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue. Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products. Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant studies Min.2 years of relevant working experience in construction machinery industry Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
