Key
Responsibilities
Lead,
guide, and motivate a team of marketing executives to deliver
impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with company
goals.
Develop and execute strategies for
Shopee, Lazada, and the CorDx online store - including product
listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and campaign
optimization.
Oversee content creation for
TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring engaging and consistent
messaging that builds brand awareness and customer
engagement.
Supervise recovery plans, manage
customer feedback, and ensure high-quality engagement across all
channels.
Direct the design and production of
marketing materials such as brochures, retail displays, and
in-store promotional assets.
Plan and manage
trade show participation in Singapore, from booth design to
marketing activations, working closely with vendors and
partners.
Work closely with Sales, Operations,
and the General Manager, providing insights, campaign performance
analysis, and strategic
recommendations.
Job
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
or related field.
4-6 years of relevant
marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or
managerial role.
Proven expertise in
e-commerce marketing and social media campaigns.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire,
guide, and develop a team.
Creative thinker
with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to
detail.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (to
liaise with counterparts in China).
Hands-on
skills in graphic design and marketing software are an
advantage.
Highly organized, proactive, and
able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
