Job Scope
Overall control of all activities and operations in store.
Responsible for purchasing and scheduling of goods delivery.
Responsible for administrative work on purchasing documents.
Core Responsibilities
Plan for improving operations efficiency and ensure consistency of the product quality.
Conduct inspection for incoming goods to store to ensure products from suppliers meet requirements.
Ensure that all the equipment is in good, serviceable and safe conditions.
Arrange and maintain all items in store for easy identification and traceability.
Handle the acquisition, distribution and store of equipment and supplies
Conduct routine stock-checking.
Responsible for keeping storage area neat, dry, tidy and free of safety hazards at all times.
Liaising with Project Managers, Project Engineers and Project Coordinators on order requisitions and delivery schedules.
Compile and check billing of invoices to quotations / previous billings for accuracy of prices and completeness of delivery.
Circulate invoices and delivery order to relevant departments and superiors for review, approval and processing.
Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
12.To carry out cost control, price analysis, supplier sourcing & purchasing of material and equipment.
