Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules
- Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities
- Facilitate stock-take and be responsible to tidy up inventory stores
- Suppliers' contacts in China an added advantage
- Other ad-hoc projects when assigned
Job Requirement
Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management.At least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industryResourceful, meticulous with strong vendor management skillsGood accounting and cost accounting skills.Excellent communication skills.Commitment and teamwork.Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skillsTell employers what skills you have
