Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues related to landscape services and maintenance.
- Attend site visits and tender show round.
- Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports.
- Coordinate work orders with ground crew.
- Dealing with complaints from client on site.
- Prepare maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress.
