Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Marketing Events company seeking an Events Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager with events logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support event set-up and tear-down activities.
• Handle movement and transportation of heavy items.
• Manage inventory and stock within the company warehouse.
• Drive the company van for operational needs.
• Work schedule : 5 days a week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend). Standard working hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, with occasional late hours depending on event schedule.
