Swimwerks is seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to manage student enrolments, coordinate swim class operations, and ensure smooth, high-quality service for our students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Registration
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp from prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about swim programmes, pricing, schedules, and instructors.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed enrolments.
- Process registration forms and maintain accurate student records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to issue invoices, receipts, and relevant documents.
- Upsell additional programmes, packages, or merchandise where applicable.
Operations & Class Management
Coordinate class schedules, venues, and instructors to ensure operational efficiency.Track student attendance and manage parent feedback and special requests.Liaise with instructors on class updates, student progress, and any issues.Ensure class efficiency and optimize resource use.Customer Service & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents for all class-related matters.Address and resolve feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.Send timely updates and reminders about schedules, changes, and upcoming events.Administrative Duties
Maintain organized records of enrolments, schedules, payments, and customer information.Prepare reports on enrolment trends, class performance, and customer satisfaction.Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in sales or operations; experience in education or sports is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Able to work 5.5 days per week, including one weekend day.Tell employers what skills you have
