Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Veeva Business Analyst or Project Manager with hands-on experience in Veeva Vault platform (Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial) to lead and deliver life sciences IT projects. The ideal candidate should have deep domain knowledge in pharma / biotech and strong expertise in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, configuration oversight, and delivery coordination within Veeva programs.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Business Analyst :
- Liaise with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements for Veeva Vault applications.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support data migration, validation, and Veeva Vault configurations.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution post-implementation.
As a Project Manager :
Lead end-to-end Veeva implementation or enhancement projects.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Develop project plans, manage resources, risks, budgets, and communication plans.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.Facilitate governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.Must-Have Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or PM in life sciences or healthcare domain.3+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, or Commercial) .Strong understanding of GxP compliance and documentation standards.Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies .Ability to write BRDs, FRDs, test scripts, and training material.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Veeva Vault Certification (Commercial, RIM, QMS, or Clinical Suite).Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).Exposure to data migration tools and Veeva APIs.Knowledge of integration between Veeva and other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Medidata).Education & Certifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant Veeva or PM certifications are a strong advantage.Soft Skills :
