Job description3-5 years of technical sales experience in the lighting industry Strategic planning and execution skills LED experience or strong relationships in lighting design Excellent communication and sales presentation skills Lighting Certification Proficiency in MS Office Professional Dynamic, self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership Positive, goal-oriented attitude Value teamwork and collaborative environment Hands-on approach and style High degree of accountability for performance Outstanding planning, organizational, and administration skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product team to identify market trends and innovation ideas
- Develop sales strategies and engage with architects, designers, and product team
- Establish relationships with contractors and train sales team
- Work with leadership to set sales goals and budgets
- Ensure prompt customer response and develop new product launch strategies
- Manage implementation of lighting systems and solutions
