Factory Production Manager

Job

Description

Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet

quality and delivery targets.

Ensure all

processes comply with GMP safety regulations.

Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and

supervisors.

Monitor production KPIs such as

output, efficiency, waste reduction, and downtime.

Manage production scheduling, inventory control, and

coordination with supply chain / logistics.

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related

issues.

Maintain accurate production

documentation and batch records.

Collaborate

with QA / QC and warehouse departments.

Ensure

equipment and facility maintenance schedules are

followed.

Support continuous improvement

initiatives for process

optimization.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy,

Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations,

preferably in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or food

supplements.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP

and other relevant regulations.

Proven

leadership and team management experience.

Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational

skills.

Strong communication skills in both

verbal and written form.

Computer proficiency

(e.g. MS Office).

The Factory Production

Manager oversees the daily operations of the production facility to

ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing of health supplements

(e.g., capsules, tablets, powders,

liquids).
