Description

Coordinate between customers, suppliers, internal

manufacturing department and forwarder to meet shipment schedules

for both export and import shipments

Inventory

management and maintenance of accurate stock records

Perform monthly / yearly stock take and reporting

(External / Internal)

Manage store operations,

including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, cleaning,

packing, issuing goods and loading.

Ensure

proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.

Ensure warehouse storage capacity is kept at optimal

levels

Uphold workplace safety and health

practices.

Job

Requirement

Candidate

must possess minimum Secondary Education and above.

At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the

related field is required.

Hardworking and

independent.

All times compliance to the safety and security

protocol / SOP of Genic Singapore Pte Ltd

Computer Literate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g.,

Excel, etc.
