Roles & Responsibilities
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Performs the daily administrative workflow of the Coffeeshop / Food Court, maintaining efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Prepares sales reports, headcount reports and coordinates staff meetings / trainings schedules.
- Oversees maintenance, telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Conduct interview for outlet staffs.
- Upkeep TMS & SAP.
- Submit application for delivery platform.
- Maintains office and outlet supplies inventory.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files.
- Conduct outlet visiting.
- Ensure all relevant licenses is updated.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
5.5 work day per week with one Saturday work from homePreferably to have at least 1 year of experience in F&B Operations or F&B AdministrationExcellent Excel, PPT skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times quick pace environment.Tell employers what skills you have
