This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting things done while also being curious about how a brand comes alive through operations, merchandising, events, and smart marketing.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Logistics
- Support daily order fulfillment and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with key brands, couriers, and suppliers
- Track stock levels, restocks, and keep operations flowing
Marketing & Brand Support (Commercial Focus)
Monitor low shelf-life products and suggest timely promos to move inventoryPropose bundles and gifting sets based on bestsellers and sales dataAssist in planning pricing and promotions during key campaigns (e.g. Shopee / Lazada sales, seasonal pushes)Track product performance and recommend when to reorder stocksHelp with product listings, campaign readiness, and ensuring bundles go live on timeEvents & Community Support
Assist in setting up and running events such as pop-ups, fairs, showroom activations, and brand launchesEnsure smooth on-ground execution : stock prep, logistics, booth setup, customer interactionsCapture learnings from events (what sold well, customer feedback) and feed them back into campaignsGrowth & Learning
Gain exposure to the full ecosystem of brand building : from operations to events to e-commerce strategyLearn merchandising, promotions, and how to translate data into business decisionsWhat We’re Looking For
