Position Overview
The Human Resources Intern supports the Human Resources department in coordinating and organizing a range of human resources activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company's performance standards and Hotel Goals.
The Role
Logistical and Administrative Support
- Apply communication skills to perform workplace task
- Produce business documents using software
- Build relationship with colleagues, and manage colleagues needs and expectation
- Provide administrative and logistical support and handle related request or query
- Draft and disseminate information for the Human Resources activities
Colleagues Rewards and Recognition
Plan and execute yearly colleagues' activities including annual dinner and dance and general staff sessionCollate and compile general feedbacksEnsure proper maintenance of colleagues' facilities including lockers and changing room, colleagues' cafeteria and colleagues' shuttle busUpdate notice board and ACE on a timely basisCoordinate Human Resources related activity between vendor / serviceSource for vendor / service for colleagues' activities and submit recommendation for management decisionReview weekly duty rostersTalent Profile
Prior experience in hospitality industryExcellent communication skillsAttention to detail and strong time-managementExperience in events managementProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
