Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Administrative Executive to support our Leasing team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including data entry and document management.
- Maintain and update leasing and marketing databases accurately.
- Prepare lease agreements and related documentation; track lease status and ensure tenancy records are updated.
- Liaise with tenants, legal counsel, and government agencies (e.g. IRAS, HDB, JTC) on lease-related matters.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly leasing reports and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents.
- Monitor upcoming lease expirations and support the renewal process.
- Assist with onboarding of new tenants, including managing required documentation.
- Track lease-related financial transactions (e.g., payments, security deposits, refunds).
- Record and reconcile audited sales reports and GTO billing, if applicable.
- Handle any other duties as assigned.
