Job descriptionExperienced in managing a team and in a quota carrying sales position Demonstrated a proven track record of overachievement against individual and team quotas Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behaviour change Required to ferry sales team members to different locations for sales visit purpose You dont mind traveling regularly for work Basic monthly salary of $2,600 + claimable transport allowance of $1,000 + attractive commission scheme 21 days of annual leave + 14 days of medical leave per year
Responsibilities
- To lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently
- To run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
- To monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the action that your team members can take to improve each month
- Provide encouragement to team members, include communicating team goals and identify area for new training and skill checks
- To foster a transparent, inclusive and achievement-oriented team culture
