Plans, executes, and oversees HR-relted projects to improve
HR effectiveness and align with organizational goals, managing
budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deiver projects
on time and within
scope.
Responsibilities : Project
Planning & Strategy :
Aligh HR
projects withthe company's overall strategic objectives and assist
senior leadershp in achieving organizational
goals.
Execution &
Management :
Coordinate and lead HR
projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively,
and track project progress against established
milestones
Develop and manage detailed project
documentation and tracking
systems
Stakeholder & Team
Collaboration : Collaborate with HR
and cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to
defind requirements and aligh project goals
Provide regular status updates and performance reports to
stakeholders and project
sponsors
Change Management &
Risk Mitigation : Drive change
management initiatives and ensure new HR programs and processes are
implemented effectively
Conduct project risk
assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues to
ensure successful outcomes
Analysis
& Reporting : Analyze project
results to identify opportunities for improvement and implement
process enhancements
Prepare and present
detailed reports, proposals, and presentations on project status
and business
value
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / HR
Management
8 years of relevant
experience
Proficient in MS software, database management or HRMS
for data management, statistical analysis, and
communication
Strong writing and verbal
communication and interpersonal skills
Deadline driven and resourceful with the ability towork
independently
