Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirements
JOB SCOPE
- Translation of document for Japan HQ. Proficiency in Japanese is a must.
- Review contracts, create and edit presentations and projects, plan and prepare for meetings
- Engage in physical meetings with HQ pertaining to merchandises and shop operations
- To travel to Japan for meetings
- Involve in work relating to purchasing
- Support to queries from Japan HQ and communicate effectively with co-workers in other countries
- Daily routine duties to general administration include paperwork, filing, translation of documents, replying emails to HQ in Japanese and other ad-hoc duties as requested by MD.
