Design Engineer / CAD Drafter - D22 Jurong, Jurong Island, Tuas, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct site visits, assess feasibility, and propose suitable solar solutions.
• Design Rooftop & Ground Mounted PV systems, including layouts, SLDs, schematics, and BOQ preparation.
• Perform system sizing calculations and use PV simulation software (e.g., PVsyst) for performance analysis.
• Prepare and submit design documents for approvals while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to align designs with project requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, factory inspections, and project execution, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Review and update design files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with installation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide service support as needed.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
